The Club Suites is centrally located within the resort development. It is situated along the main driveway and slightly raised to be a subtle focal point of the resort development. The Club Suites comprises 3 blocks of 110 units, block A and B which has 5 storey and block C which has 3 and 4 storey. There are 2 types of units which come in various sizes. The Studio Suites (400sqft to 525sqft) and Penthouse Suites (1650sqft).

Located at the center of the Club Suites are the Clubhouse. The overall planning of the Club Suites revolves around the Clubhouse and reception building; hence it is the anchor point of the resort. A swimming pool is designed as part of the building is located, suspended above the sloping terrain overlooking the vast panoramic view. 86 underground covered parking bays are provided for the proud owners.

Each luxurious Suite is designed to come complete with living, dining and kitchenette. An outdoor bath tub also comes with each unit to provide you with that seamless tranquil experience while taking a bath and enjoying exquisite views of the sea and nearby islands to add to your unique experience. Lush landscaping compliments the surrounding of the Club Suites to give you a sense of one with nature.
